Our helicopter base in Port Arthur features accessible parking right at the reception, accessible office entrances and toilet. For any guests with mobility issues, please drive right up to the office.

Boarding of the helicopter includes the use of steps and handles to climb in and out. We have ground crew on hand to assist as best we can but if you need extra assistance, please just let us know in the booking process so we can have extra staff available to help out.
