Introducing Port Arthur and the Tasman Peninsula
Osborne Heli Tours are pleased to welcome to the brand, scenic helicopter flights and experiences from our brand new base in Port Arthur on the Tasman Peninsula in Tasmania’s South East. Together with the existing base in Stanley, Osborne Heli Tours have the two extreme ends of Tasmania covered with flights that showcase the rugged and dramatic coasts these two regions boast.
The base has been a long time in the making and considerable work and investment has been put in by the small Osborne team and support of a significant local workforce to make this project happen. The Tasman Peninsula is an amazing location with stunning scenery and a passionate community that thrive and rely on the tourism industry to support the local economy.
Recent investment in the area such as the Three Capes Track, Port Arthur Lavender, Bangor Wine and Oyster Shed and McHenry Distillery (just to name a few) show the direction the area is headed – offering unique Tasmanian experiences.
Osborne Heli Tours will complement the region with the edition of products have been put together to showcase the dramatic scenery of the region and offer visitors a way to see the peninsula from a whole new perspective.
In addition to our scenic flight experiences, Osborne Aviation will offer commercial services from the Port Arthur base providing a range of helicopter solutions to the South East of Tasmania.
