As part of a campaign put together by Tourism Tasmania and SBS, Poh (from Poh’s Kitchen) and Matthew Evans (The Gourmet Farmer) were hosted by our good friend Laura from Woolnorth Tours on a Paddock to Plate tour that really stunned! How did they get to Woolnorth? By helicopter of course!
